Justin VandenAkker

Justin VandenAkker counsels clients on corporate and securities law, including venture capital and private equity transactions, fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and corporate governance.

Justin has significant experience structuring and organizing complex private equity funds and advising on real estate transactions.  Justin brings a wealth of practical business experience to his practice, having been a founder and investor in several successful businesses.
